The Community Crossroads Drop-in Center in West Chester is a mental health service operated by people in recovery that embodies the principles of self-help and empowerment. The Center provides a safe and comfortable environment where people with psychiatric disabilities can learn independence through involvement in peer-run social, recreational, educational and advocacy activities. Community Crossroads is committed to reducing the negative attitudes towards people with mental illnesses, and increase community respect for and understanding of persons with mental illness. The Drop-In Center is located at 825 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA 19380. The Center is open Monday-Saturday, and hours may vary. Individuals are encouraged to ‘drop-in,’ with a letter of introduction from their mental health service provider.
