Horizon House has been named one of the donation recipients of the proceeds from the Philadelphia Eagles A Philly Special Christmas Special album! It’s hard to explain just how thankful we are to our Eagles family for the generous donation. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping to make a difference in the lives of our participants.
